Job Description

The Litigation Paralegal provides advanced case support throughout all stages of litigation, including discovery, trial, and appeal. This role partners with attorneys on case strategy, client communication, and coordination with experts and co-counsel, while also assisting with workflow management and day-to-day case operations.

ResponsibilitiesUtilize litigation support tools (e.g., Relativity, Everchron, CaseMap, Westlaw Case Notebook) to manage case materialsOrganize, maintain, and index case files and related documentationHandle docketing and monitor deadlines using internal calendaring systemsSupport TTAB proceedings (oppositions, cancellations) from intake through resolution and appealPrepare and file pleadings including notices, petitions, answers, motions, and related documentsDraft routine legal filings such as subpoenas, deposition notices, and discovery templatesManage service of documents and maintain accurate filing recordsCoordinate and assist with deposition preparation and document production (including privilege logs and eDiscovery tracking)Assist with trial preparation including exhibits, filings, and logistics coordinationConduct legal research and cite-checking using Westlaw and other toolsPerform trademark enforcement research, including monitoring USPTO filings and identifying potential infringementsGather and preserve online evidence, including social media content, for litigation use
