Job Description
A San Ramon-based law firm with a strong practice in insurance coverage, business litigation, and complex civil disputes is seeking a Trial Preparation Paralegal to join the team on a contract basis. This role will provide hands-on support in a busy litigation environment, assisting attorneys through all stages of trial preparation on high-stakes matters. ResponsibilitiesLead trial preparation efforts, including organizing exhibits, trial binders, and witness materialsManage and maintain case files from pre-trial through trialAssist with deposition preparation, summaries, and document organizationSupport attorneys with discovery, document production, and case strategy preparationCoordinate logistics for hearings, depositions, and trial proceedingsPrepare and manage trial exhibits and evidence in accordance with court requirementsTrack deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and proceduresProvide on-site support during trial as needed
