We are a plaintiff-side law firm handling personal injury and workers' compensation matters throughout Southern California. We are looking for a candidate who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume caseload while providing excellent client service.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of workers' compensation experience Applicant or defense workers' compensation experience is acceptable Must be friendly, professional, and have strong client communication skills Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation procedures and deadlines Experience with EAMS, discovery, medical records, subpoenas, and deposition scheduling Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities Include:
Managing workers' compensation case files Communicating with clients, doctors, insurance adjusters, and defense counsel Preparing and filing legal documents Assisting attorneys with hearings, depositions, and trial preparation Reviewing medical records and preparing summaries Calendaring deadlines and maintaining case status updates

Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment
