Full Job Description Job Description:
We are a personal injury law firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist/Legal Assistant to support our office.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Conduct initial client intakes and gather relevant case information Organize and maintain medical records and case files Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Prior office or legal experience is a plus, but not required
Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
