H-1B, L-1, PERM
Labor Certifications, and I-140 Immigrant Petitions. Draft and prepare immigration forms, support letters, attorney correspondence, and petition packages. Coordinate and manage case filings from initiation through final submission, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Communicate directly with clients to gather information, provide case updates, and respond to inquiries. Conduct legal and factual research related to immigration matters. Monitor developments in U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and policies and assist with implementing updates in case preparation processes. Maintain organized case files and track deadlines to ensure compliance with filing requirements. Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal preferred. Strong knowledge of employment-based immigration processes, including
H-1B, L-1, PERM
Labor Certifications, and I-140 petitions. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and immigration case management systems.
