Job Description

Administrative Legal Assistant We are looking for a self-motivated Legal/Administrative assistant to ensure smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Provide administrative support to the attorney by answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork and client files.
  • Handle communication with current clients and prospective clients via email, text, social media, etc.
  • Locate and develop case relevant information
  • Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence.
  • Help monitor case deadlines. Skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day business operations
  • Computer literacy; scanning, saving documents, arranging digital files, etc.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
