Contracts Paralegal

Description Overview Well‑established organization seeking a highly experienced Contracts Paralegal to support the full contract lifecycle. This role is ideal for a paralegal with substantial hands‑on contracts experience who partners closely with attorneys, business stakeholders, and external parties. The position emphasizes drafting support, redlining, compliance, and contract management rather than purely administrative work. Responsibilities + Review, draft, and redline a wide range of commercial agreements under attorney supervision + Support contract negotiations by tracking changes, summarizing key terms, and preparing comparison drafts + Manage contracts from intake through execution, amendment, renewal, and termination + Maintain contract databases and ensure accurate tracking of deadlines, obligations, and milestones + Prepare contract summaries and risk issue spotters for attorney review + Coordinate with internal teams including legal, procurement, finance, and operations + Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and approval workflows + Assist with audits, due diligence, and responses to internal or external requests + Improve and maintain contract templates and clause libraries Requirements Qualifications + 5-10+ years of experience as a paralegal with a strong focus on contracts + Extensive experience supporting commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor, licensing, and services agreements) + Strong redlining and contract interpretation skills + Experience working in-house or closely with in-house legal teams preferred + Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing high contract volume + Familiarity with contract management systems (e.g., CLM tools) a plus + Paralegal certificate preferred Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
