The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various areas of law, including workers' compensation and , and will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to attorneys throughout the litigation process. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings by organizing case files and documentation. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Maintain accurate records of case files and ensure all documentation is filed appropriately. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to schedule interviews and gather necessary information. Proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance with court rules. Provide executive administrative support as needed, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments. Stay updated on tribal law regulations and other relevant legal changes that may impact cases. Skills Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all documentation. Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and stakeholders. Ability to conduct interviews effectively to gather pertinent information for cases. Familiarity with filing systems and case management software is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
