The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of case management and have strong legal technology skills. Environmental and/or toxic tort experience is a big plus but not required.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage cases from inception through trial. Review, analyze and organize large volumes of documents produced during discovery. Propounding and responding to discovery, noticing depositions, and similar tasks. Draft summaries and prepare document productions. Docketing and calendaring deadlines. E-file in state and federal courts. Collaborate with attorneys to develop and implement case strategies. Research case-related matters and case law. Create privilege logs and prepare trial exhibits. Assist attorneys at hearings and trials. Qualifications /
Requirements:
A minimum of 5-10 years of complex litigation experience as a paralegal. MUST have an ABA accredited Paralegal Certificate or an associate's degree (or bachelor's degree) in paralegal studies. Environmental litigation experience is a plus. Strong legal technology skills. Applicants must
