Litigation Paralegal

Burg Simpson is looking to add an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our litigation team. The successful candidate will work on all aspects of our complex litigation cases. Our ideal candidate is a reliable team player with a friendly, positive attitude and a high level of professionalism that will play a key supporting role in ensuring that our clients are well served. The position requires 3-5 years of litigation experience; electronic court filing in both state and federal courts (multiple jurisdictions helpful, but not required); proficiency in applying the rules of civil procedures in both state and federal courts; experience that includes, managing and reviewing documents that are business, financial, legal, and medical in nature; writing experience to include preparing and responding to written discovery; the ability to anticipate attorney needs, identifying problems and finding solutions; strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail; and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with familiarity with Excel spreadsheets (formatting, formulas, sorting and extracting data, etc.).

SALARY RANGE

$58,000 TO $75,000, starting salary within the range will be commensurate with the candidate's level of experience.
