Our ideal candidate is a reliable team player with a friendly, positive attitude and a high level of professionalism who will play a key supporting role to ensure our clients are well served. The position requires 3-5+ years of litigation law firm experience (plaintiff law firm preferred, but not required); experience that includes collecting, managing and reviewing documents that are financial, legal and medical in nature; CM/ECF filings in various federal jurisdictions; writing experience to include preparing and responding to written discovery; the ability to recognize potential problems and identify and recommend solutions; strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail; and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with familiarity with Excel spreadsheets.
