This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in an established law office environment, where your legal drafting, document management, and administrative skills will directly contribute to the success of our legal operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional legal support to attorneys and clients. Prior experience a plus but we are willing to mentor. Duties Draft and proofread legal documents including pleadings, probate filings, discovery materials, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail. Manage deadlines for pre-litigation, federal lawsuits, and state court matters. Conduct comprehensive legal case management by tracking deadlines, scheduling hearings, organizing exhibits, and maintaining case calendars across multiple practice areas including personal injury, construction defect, and government liability. Support attorneys with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, client communications, and coordinating meetings. Draft legal documents with clarity and precision while adhering to firm standards and proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy. Perform thorough document review for discovery processes and assist in preparing trial exhibits or settlement documentation. File documents in federal and state court. Utilize firm billing program to track time and costs. Experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Demonstrated ability to handle project management tasks efficiently while managing multiple priorities under strict deadlines. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in document review and proofreading. Effective communication skills.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
