The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be dependable and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the legal field would be helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Greeting and communication with clients Answering phones and routing calls Obtaining detailed information from prospective clients Scheduling appointments and consultations Maintaining case files and updating case management systems Preparing materials for court hearings, trials and depositions Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings and court appearances Performing data entry tasks to update client information Assisting with billing Providing general administrative support Qualifications Previous experience as a Receptionist/ Legal Assistant or similar role is preferred Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office and case management software Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
