  • We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to work on a part-time basis with flexible hours, to support our attorneys in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency. This position offers the chance to handle files from contract to closing and to interact directly with clients, lenders, realtors, title companies, and other stakeholders. Experience with real estate closings is required. Familiarity with small firm operations and other paralegal work areas is a plus as it is necessary to provide administrative support and backup to team members during busy periods. Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or paralegal certificate required
  • At least two years of experience as a real estate paralegal
  • Thorough understanding of residential real estate transactions, title insurance, and closing procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and document management and closing software (Prep Express)
  • Experience with e-filing, online title platforms, and real estate closing software is a plus Why Join Us?
