($100K base plus bonus) Responsibilities include transactional support, contract administration, regulatory and compliance support, outside counsel management and legal operations. A bachelor's degree is a must as is 2-5 years of paralegal experience. Financial services experience is a plus. This job is 5 days per week in office.
