Job Description

De Castro Foden, LLC is hiring a bilingual English-Portuguese language legal assistant to join our immigration law firm. Duties will involve answering phone calls, routing calls, resolving client questions, scheduling appointments, filing, preparing forms, invoicing, and completing other administrative tasks to assist attorneys and clients of the firm. Established in 1980, De Castro Foden is a dynamic and respected mid-size (20+) law firm specializing in Immigration law in Hartford, CT. We represent and defend our clients with the highest level of diligence and compassion. The successful candidate will mesh with the firm's culture and become an integral part of our success, mission, and continued growth. Background criteria:
  • Fluency as a bilingual speaker in English and Portuguese.
  • Comfort and ability to utilize computers and technology
  • Collegiate spirit
  • Experience in reception or customer service is a strong plus.
