Must have experience in handling all aspects of a real estate transaction, both purchases and sales, from intake through closing and post-closing matters. High level of attention to detail in writing. Must have the ability to manage deadlines with multiple priorities, work under pressure, and appropriately handle confidential information. Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of personnel in the firm including clients. Must appreciate high volume in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills. Responsibilities Manage residential real estate files from inception through post-closing Prepare and review contracts, closing documents, title commitments, settlement statements, and lender documentation Coordinate all aspects of residential purchases and sales Communicate directly with clients, lenders, brokers, title companies, and attorneys Order and review title searches, surveys, payoff statements, and municipal documents Schedule closings and maintain transaction timelines Prepare closing binders and handle post-closing matters Maintain accurate electronic and physical files Assist attorneys with resolving title and closing issues efficiently Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of Connecticut residential real estate paralegal experience preferred Strong understanding of Connecticut real estate practices and closing procedures Experience handling both purchases and sales independently Familiarity with title review and closing software Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity for long-term growth with an established Connecticut law firm To Apply Please submit your resume
