Job Description

Responsibilities:
Manage immigration case intake, document collection, and case tracking Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions Draft immigration forms and supporting documentation Handle USCIS filings and agency communications Prepare RFEs (Requests for Evidence) Coordinate immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications Conduct immigration-related legal research Monitor filing deadlines and case status updates Communicate with clients regarding immigration processes and document requirements Support attorney review and final submission processes
