In this role, you will provide essential support for plaintiff representation in personal injury and workers' compensation claims. You will also be responsible for managing probate estate matters. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help streamline case management, legal research, document review, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with legal research to support case preparation and strategy. Draft, review, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, discovery compliance, medical records, memos, and correspondence with precision and clarity. Manage legal case files to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. Conduct thorough document review for litigation cases, ensuring compliance with legal standards and client requirements. Support project management efforts by coordinating deadlines, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized workflows. Perform data entry and filing duties while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Conduct interviews with clients or witnesses as part of case development; document findings accurately for attorney review. Qualifications Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in multiple legal practice areas such as plaintiff personal injury claims, worker's compensation claims, probate estates, and family law. Familiarity with legal research and experience with legal case management. Proficiency in document review, drafting, proofreading, transcription, and contract preparation. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional phone etiquette is essential. Experience with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and clerical support within a law office setting. Knowledge of document management; familiarity with litigation procedures is a plus.
