Strong written and oral communication skills Organized Drafting correspondence and pleadings Close communication with clients, adjusters and defense counsel Able to utilize File & Serve for filing litigation documents Knowledge and experience of Civil Litigation Procedure Works closely with attorney to target deadlines Able to work independently Computer literacy; competent with standard software applications, calendars and email Experience with case management software a plus Manage digital files Mentor and guide the team Candidate must have at least 2 years experience in personal injury and workers compensation litigation.
