Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to support our attorneys and help deliver exceptional results for our clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations and effective case management while providing administrative and legal support under the supervision of an attorney. If you are organized, motivated, and looking to grow your career in the legal field, we encourage you to apply. What You'll Do Maintain organized case files and documentation. Monitor calendars, deadlines, and case-related activities. Enter and manage information within our case management software. Confirm case status and coordinate next steps with attorneys. Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance representatives, and others involved in cases. Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case-related appointments. Generate case status reports and assist with ongoing case development. Keep clients informed by providing updates on case progress. Track outstanding balances and assist attorneys with case cost management. Prepare case summaries and organize materials for mediations, team case reviews, and other litigation-related proceedings. Who You Are Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous law firm experience is a plus, but not required. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and capable of working independently when needed. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office and case management software.
