About the Company Great Opportunity to join large law firm with busy commercial litigation practice. About the Role Firm is seeking an experienced legal administrative assistant to coordinate day-to-day operations of Managing Partner's practice. Responsibilities Coordinates Partner's travel. Prepares original letters, memos and other correspondence. Assists in billing matters. Drafting routine and complex legal documents for attorney review. Legal fact and basic legal research. Assist with case management. Organize and electronically file pleadings. Coordinate and schedule calendars. Provide trial assistance. Qualifications 5+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal. Required Skills Candidates MUST have Chancery Court filing experience. Candidates must live in the Wilmington Metropolitan Area.
