Moody Law represents clients who are injured by the negligence of others. Moody Law is seeking additional paralegal services to assist with the firm's everyday business and with obtaining the best possible outcome for our clients.

Responsibilities Work Hours:

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Public and Client Interaction Facilitate the intake process, by answering the phones, and greeting clients upon arrival to the office. Manage a pre-suit and/or litigation caseload by preparing records and keeping contact with existing clients. Requirements Undergraduate Degree or Certified Paralegal preferred, but not required. Prior Litigation Experience is required. Familiarity with Florida's Medical Malpractice Pre-Suit requirements is preferred, but not required.
