Our esteemed Coral Gables office is seeking a full-time, experienced medical malpractice paralegal to become a vital part of our dynamic litigation team.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on experience in plaintiff litigation, with a focus on medical malpractice. Solid knowledge of state and federal court procedures — federal court experience is preferred Appellate experience is a plus Strong skills in scheduling, drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and trial preparation Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
