Foreclosure Legal Assistant We are an established law firm that represents Plaintiff's in foreclosure actions and are looking to hire a legal assistant to join our team. We are located in Deerfield Beach and offer competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Draft, upload and file complaints . Prepare various motions and notices such as motions for clerk and court defaults, motions for summary judgment, and final judgments of foreclosure. Prepare various affidavits such as affidavits of indebtedness and affidavits of military status. Schedule hearings, mediations and trials. E-file via the Florida Court's E-filing Portal. Update client systems such as ICE and ADR. Submit documents for client review and execution. Run

Qualifications/Skills:

Experience at a foreclosure law firm in the State of Florida. General knowledge of the overall foreclosure process from start to finish. Knowledge of how to retrieve and review court dockets. Computer proficiency to include current software programs, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe.
