This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with at least 1 year of law firm experience who is ready to build a long-term career in a collaborative and professional environment. The Legal Assistant will provide hands-on administrative and legal support to two attorneys and the broader legal team. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. The work environment is supportive, team-focused, and flexible, with leadership that values professionalism, trust, accountability, and continued growth. For the right candidate, this position offers meaningful exposure to community association law and potential advancement into a Paralegal role. Key Responsibilities File legal documents with Florida courts using the Florida E-Portal. Draft, edit, format, and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, and related documents. Maintain organized physical and electronic client files while ensuring accurate case information. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, update case management systems, and track deadlines. Answer and direct incoming calls professionally while providing strong client service support. Enter billing information into client matters and assist attorneys and staff with daily legal support tasks.
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday with flexible hours, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Maitland, FL 32751.
Work environment:
100% onsite.
