This is an entry-level position — no prior legal experience required. If you're eager to learn, comfortable with technology, and want to build a career in the legal field, we want to hear from you. We'll train you on everything you need to know. What You'll Do Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, in person, by phone, and by email Help open new client files and keep case information organized and up to date Assist attorney with day-to-day case tasks and deadlines Draft routine correspondence and documents (with training and support) Use AI tools to draft, summarize, and organize work efficiently Handle general administrative duties: scheduling, data entry, filing, and follow-ups What We're Looking For Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required High school diploma or equivalent — required Comfortable using AI tools (or a fast learner who's excited to) — required Strong desire to learn and grow with the firm Reliable, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks Professional and warm with clients, many of whom are going through a stressful time No prior experience necessary — a great attitude matters most Why Join Us Hands-on training and mentorship Real growth opportunities in a fast-paced firm Supportive, team-oriented environment
