Legal Assistant - Intellectual Property & Litigation Coral Gables, FL | Direct Hire | Boutique Law Firm Our client, a well-established boutique law firm in Coral Gables, is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support attorneys in both Intellectual Property (IP) and Litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional looking to join a collaborative team in a sophisticated practice.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm. Experience supporting litigation matters from inception through trial. Strong knowledge of Florida State and Federal e-filing procedures is required. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Intellectual Property (IP) experience is a plus, but not required.
