Compensation:

$52,000 Salary commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

Responsible for screening all attorneys' calls, calendaring, and scheduling appointments. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda. Prepare correspondence. Build and maintain all client files. Attend client meetings, hearings, and trials as needed. Coordinate and prepare cases for hearings. Organize and track case files. Assist with trial preparation, including witness lists, exhibit lists, and trial binders. E-file all court filings. Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in this position is helpful but not required. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
