Job Description

We are a respected law firm located in Naples, Florida, with a practice focused on real estate and estate planning. We are committed to providing exceptional legal services and personalized client attention. As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Real Estate Transactional Paralegal to join our team. Position Overview The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth while working closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative and client-focused environment. Responsibilities Manage real estate transactions from inception through closing. Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely transactions. Prepare, review, and organize closing documents and transaction-related materials. Maintain detailed transaction files and ensure accuracy of records. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of all procedural requirements. Communicate directly with clients and real estate professionals regarding transaction status and requirements. Provide administrative and transactional support to attorneys as needed.

Assist with document preparation, filing, data entry, proofreading, and other legal support functions. Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a paralegal handling real estate transactions. Strong understanding of real estate closing procedures, title matters, and transaction workflows. Experience with legal document management systems and transaction management software. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with legal administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, proofreading, and clerical support. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and experience interacting directly with clients. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Why Join us? Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
