Job Title:
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Location:
Orlando, FL (Onsite) We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join one of law firm clients. This onsite position requires a detail oriented professional with strong organizational skills and extensive experience supporting attorneys in commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development. Draft, review, and revise real estate documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, closing binders, estoppels, and amendments. Conduct and review title and survey work; identify issues and coordinate resolutions with attorneys, title companies, and surveyors. Coordinate and manage due diligence, including collecting documents, preparing summaries, and organizing files. Prepare closing documents, coordinate closing logistics, and assist with post?closing tasks and document organization. Maintain and update transaction checklists to track progress and deadlines. Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, vendors, and internal team members. Perform legal research as required and assist with other paralegal duties to support the commercial real estate practice.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm setting , specifically focusing on commercial real estate . Strong understanding of title, survey, and due diligence processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems. Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. Ability to work onsite full-time in the Orlando office. Detail oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Paralegal certification preferred, but not required.
