Workers Compensation Legal Assistant LaBovick Law Group | Palm Beach Gardens, FL LaBovick Law Group is seeking a Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced legal team. We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and ready to contribute to the day-to-day movement of workers' compensation cases. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating professionally, and keeping case files accurate and on track. Responsibilities Maintain organized case files and ensure all documents are accurately filed and accessible. Update case management systems with status, deadlines, and key case details. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, pleadings, and other documents. Copy, scan, print, and file documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Schedule attorney appointments and maintain accurate calendar entries. Request and obtain medical records and bills from providers. Assist with discovery preparation and responses. Process cost bills and prepare check requests as needed. Assist with draft closing statements and bill reduction requests. Support attorneys and case staff with day-to-day case progression. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous legal support experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with legal terminology, document handling, and Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience with case management systems is a plus.
