Job Description

Our employer is seeking an experienced Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Probate, Guardianship, and Estate Planning. This role is designed for a highly organized professional who thrives in a "team-first" culture and can manage complex legal workflows with precision and close client interaction.

Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end workflow for Probate and Guardianship cases. Prepare, proofread, and finalize legal documents for Estate Planning. Prepare and understand complex guardianship and estate accountings. Handle daily time entry for billing and review entries for accuracy and reasonableness. Provide strong client service and communication in line with ethical rules(confidentiality, ethical billing, prohibition of unauthorized practice of law) Contribute to a collaborative team culture, assisting with office needs as require
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in estate planning, probate, and guardianship paralegal Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience with office management software (e.g., Practice Panther) a plus Familiarity with Westlaw Form Builder and probate/guardianship procedures Experience with Wealth Counsel or similar estate planning software preferred Ability to type at least 40 words per minute and notarize documents Experience preparing guardianship and estate accountings required Time management and communication skills Understanding of ethical rules governing paralegal practice
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
