JOB SUMMARY
This Operations Analyst II position performs as a team member support and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy leading others and problem solving, this may be the position for you.
Your duties would include:
Assist with performance monitoring to ensure compliance with procedures. Serve as the team's subject matter expert and completes tasks related to complex and escalated projects within the Legal Services Unit. Assist the supervisor in training and coaching legal assistants to ensure consistent performance and development across the unit. Assist the unit, as needed, in processing incoming referrals to support meeting pending workload goals and ensure timely case progression.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue Legal Service Unit experience required: (a) providing legal assistance in an office or court environment, (b) reviewing and processing legal documents and/or correspondence, and (c) communicating with case parties, court officials, clerks of court, opposing attorneys, etc. One year of experience in explaining complex policies and procedures with employees, partners, or public. Two years of experience coaching, mentoring, or training others. One year of experience using effective communication through a variety of methods. One year of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions. •

This position is located and housed in Panama City, FL. Standard workdays Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Please provide/upload copy of college transcript.
SALARY:
$41,517.24 - $55,115.04 / annually
