Paralegal - Real Estate A small professional law company in Pensacola, Florida needs a full-time detail-oriented and proactive real estate paralegal to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

Managing real estate closing files Preparing closing documents Reviewing title searches Conducting real estate closings. Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Commercial and residential real estate experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task with attention to detail. Candidate must have abilities to work both independently and within a team setting. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits:
