Join our team and play a key role in supporting foreclosure, creditor‑rights, and real estate litigation matters. Your work will directly contribute to case success, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
Draft, prepare, and file complaints, motions, judgments, and other legal pleadings. Review and redact sensitive information (NPPI) with precision and care. Maintain accurate case files and update client/internal systems (ICE, Tempo, etc.). Track critical deadlines, schedule hearings and mediations, and help manage team workflows. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, Co‑Counsel, and attorneys. Ensure compliance with firm policies, SOPs, client requirements, and legal regulations. Provide essential administrative and litigation support to attorneys while upholding accuracy and quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
2-4 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal (foreclosure or real estate litigation experience strongly preferred). High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Perfect Practice, Tempo, ICE, or similar systems is a plus. Professional, proactive, detail‑oriented, and collaborative. Ability to excel in a structured, deadline‑driven environment.
