Excellent working environment, competitive salary, health care benefits and 401k.
Requirements:
Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook, WordPerfect, MS Word and Excel and extremely detailed oriented Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Annual Meeting packages
  • Organizing and processing Condo and HOA Declarations
  • Answer telephone and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material. Schedule and confirm appointments for Attorneys. Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters. Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies Maintain scheduling and event calendars. Make copies of correspondence and other printed material. Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work.
