Southwest Florida A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to join its team. This is a key, hands-on role supporting estate and trust administration matters, ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and enjoys working closely with clients through sensitive matters. At least 3 years of experience supporting probate, estate administration, or closely related legal matters. Demonstrated ability to draft probate-related documents and manage case activity with a high degree of accuracy. Experience preparing or assisting with Form 706 is strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple matters and meet deadlines independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a client-service mindset when handling sensitive situations. Familiarity with fiduciary accounting is a plus. Proficiency with legal case management systems and standard office technology.
