Paralegal

Paralegal eXL Legal, PLLC - Saint Petersburg, FL 33716 We are seeking a Full-Time Paralegal to work with and support the Firm Attorneys and Partners. Qualified candidates will be detailed oriented, and have excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills (Microsoft Work, Excel, Adobe). Position is preferred in- office but open to a hybrid in- office/remote position for the right candidate. eXL Legal PLLC is a diverse law firm centrally located in the Tampa Bay area in St. Petersburg, Florida near the Carillon business center. We are seeking part-time and full-time legal students, legal aides, legal assistants, and paralegals. We specialize in Creditors' Rights including but not limited to Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Evictions, Title, and Real Estate. High Level of Some Functions and Duties:

Collaborating with your Manager and Attorneys for legal processing and light drafting. Prepare and process miscellaneous legal and non-legal documents. Oversee and maintain an organized workload with step-task processing management systems to ensure timely and proper handling of files in the firm's case management system and client-based record system. Professional communication with clients, colleagues, and case associations. High Productivity with a focus on details and accuracy Discretion in handling confidential information in a professional and ethical manner Goal oriented team player focused on the success of the firm.

Desired Experience and Education:

Reasonable computer skills required including but not limited reasonable proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams required. Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. AA and BA Degrees a plus. Prior legal experience in the following areas a plus: 1) legal drafting/proofreading; 2) hearing setting; 3) service of process and 4) foreclosure sales. Foreclosure law firm legal experience a plus. Foreclosure sales experience a plus. Experience using Case Aware, Black Knight/LPS, Tempo and Vendorscape a plus. Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. AA and BA Degrees a plus. Prior legal experience including legal drafting/proofreading and/or hearing setting a plus
