PARALEGAL / ASPIRING ATTORNEY
Consumer Protection & Complex Litigation Our growing consumer protection law firm is seeking a motivated paralegal or aspiring attorney interested in learning complex litigation, legal strategy, and case development. This position is ideal for someone who wants real hands-on legal experience and the opportunity to grow within an active litigation environment. The right candidate must be organized, reliable, professional, eager to learn, and able to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with litigation and case preparation Organizing legal documents and evidence Drafting correspondence and legal materials Client communication and file management Assisting attorneys with case development and trial preparation Legal research and administrative support
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable and dependable Interest in litigation and consumer protection law Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior legal experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
