Position Overview The Staff Assistant / Client Coordinator is often the first point of contact for our clients and plays an important role in supporting attorneys and maintaining smooth office operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to enter the legal profession and grow within a fast-paced, professional office environment. No prior legal experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, reliability, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Greet clients and visitors Schedule consultations, meetings, and appointments Editing and proof reading documents Maintain client communications and follow up with prospective and existing clients Open and organize physical and electronic files Assist with document preparation, scanning, and filing Coordinate intake information and gather requested documents from clients Manage calendars and administrative tasks Assist attorneys and staff with general office support Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and email systems Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Prior office, customer service, reception, or administrative experience Interest in pursuing a long-term legal career Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required Growth Opportunity This position is designed as an entry point into the legal profession.
