Job Description

Probate Paralegal | Stuart, FL (In-Office) A well-established and highly respected law firm in Stuart is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working closely with attorneys on probate administration, trust administration, and related estate matters in a collaborative and supportive environment. What You'll Do Assist attorneys with probate and trust administration matters from inception through closing Prepare and file probate pleadings, petitions, notices, inventories, accountings, and related court documents Coordinate with courts, personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and third-party professionals Manage case calendars, deadlines, and document organization Gather and review financial records, asset information, and supporting documentation Prepare correspondence and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the administration process Assist with estate and trust funding matters, distributions, and closing documentation What We're Looking For Prior probate, trust administration, or estate planning paralegal experience Strong knowledge of Florida probate procedures and court filing requirements Experience managing multiple files and deadlines simultaneously Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication abilities Professional demeanor with the ability to work directly with clients and families during sensitive matters Ability to work independently while supporting a busy legal team Why Join Highly respected and established Treasure Coast law firm Strong reputation within the trusts and estates community Collaborative, team-oriented culture with long-term stability Competitive compensation and benefits package Meaningful work supporting sophisticated probate and trust administration matters Opportunity for long-term professional growth and development If you're an experienced Probate Paralegal looking to join a respected Stuart-area firm with a great culture and strong reputation, this opportunity is worth exploring.
