Job Description
Tallahassee law firm is seeking an individual with excellent word processing skills who is organized, dependable and flexible as to duties performed. Legal and/or real estate/corporate document experience is desirable, although not required. This job is perfect for an experienced loan closer or real estate paralegal. Great pay and benefit package for the right individual. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, proofread, and organize legal documents related to loans, bond transactions, acquisitions, closings, and due diligence matters. Support attorneys and clients throughout loan closings, public finance transactions, and related legal processes. Maintain accurate legal files, transaction documents, closing checklists, and related records. Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, internal team members and governmental clients. Manage a high volume of assignments while prioritizing deadlines.
