This position supports high-volume litigation matters and is ideal for a paralegal who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial Manage discovery, including document organization and deadline tracking Assist with eDiscovery tasks such as uploading, reviewing, and organizing records Prepare legal documents, filings, and exhibits Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation Maintain case calendars and monitor critical deadlines Communicate with attorneys, clients, vendors, and court personnel as needed Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment eDiscovery and/or Relativity experience preferred Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Life Insurance Long and Short Term Disability Paid time off and
