Tampa, FL Job Details Part-time $18 - $19 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft Outlook Legal writing Legal administrative experience Legal case management Bankruptcy Full Job Description Job Overview Small law firm located near international Mall seeking a paralegal or legal assistant with at least 1 year of experience. Part time position. Hours are 11:30-3:30. First year will be in office but can transition to remote after review and acceptable performance. Duties Calendar for associate attorney. Draft, review and file pleadings with the bankruptcy court. Pull court calendar and alert firm to upcoming hearings. Mail out Proof of Service and Summons. Order office supplies and stamps. Skills Knowledge of e-filing and the court website preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook email. Ability to work independently.
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
