Qualifications:

3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury trial work Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation deadlines Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation materials Proficient in case management software, including Filevine or similar platforms Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication skills with both clients and attorneys

Responsibilities:

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses Manage case files, court deadlines, and compliance with court orders Coordinate depositions, expert scheduling, and court filings Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, and trial materials Support trial efforts, including courtroom preparation and case organization Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case strategy Review and organize medical records, treatment updates, and case documentation Participate in case reviews and provide litigation support throughout the life of the case Assist with settlement closings, lien reductions, and post-settlement tasks Maintain accurate case management and data entry within Filevine About Alvarez Gower Injury Law At Alvarez Gower Injury Law, we are building something intentional — a firm rooted in empathy, preparation, accountability, and relentless advocacy, without sacrificing culture or sustainability.
