What You'll Be Responsible For Managing litigation files from discovery through trial preparation Managing two dedicated litigation legal assistants Overseeing your own dedicated assistant Drafting discovery and litigation documents Preparing cases for mediation, hearings, and trial Coordinating depositions, mediations, and court deadlines Maintaining accurate calendars and case files Organizing medical records, bills, and lien information Supporting attorneys in moving cases efficiently What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience Strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure and litigation deadlines Ability to manage multiple cases independently Excellent organization and follow-through Professional communication skills Reliable and team-oriented

Preferred:
