A detail-oriented and highly organized professional with experience supporting legal teams in a fast-paced office setting.

Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys including document preparation, scheduling, file management, and client communication.

This is a full-time position with standard business hours Monday through Friday.

Position Overview:
The Legal Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily legal operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with legal documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Maintain and organize case files and documentation Handle client communications and maintain professional relationships Assist with billing, time entry, and general office administrative duties
    Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in a legal administrative or similar role preferred
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software tools
