Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Contracts Administrator to support a client with their legal and operational workflows. In this role, you will play a key part in managing contract lifecycles, ensuring data integrity within our systems, and serving as a co-administrator for their Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management solution. If you are a self-motivated team player with legal office experience and a knack for organization, we want to hear from you. Legal office or law firm experience is required.

$25 - $35 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 2

  • Support contract intake and processing activities, including tracking requests and assisting with agreement execution workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a part-time capacity while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Assist in the preparation, generation, and management of standard agreements such as non-disclosure agreements.
  • Monitor agreement expirations, identify expired or upcoming expirations, and help coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Upload contracts received from various internal stakeholders into the contract management system.
  • Maintain organized and accurate contract records by uploading executed agreements and ensuring documentation is complete.
  • Perform data cleanup activities within the contract repository to improve organization and accuracy.
  • Rename and standardize contract documents in accordance with established naming conventions.
  • Review and validate contract metadata, including key details such as counterparty information, agreement type, effective date, and expiration date.
  • Identify and remove or flag duplicate records within the system.
  • Locate and reconcile missing executed versions of agreements, ensuring complete documentation is maintained.
  • Support document tracking initiatives, including attaching related documents such as certificates of insurance (COIs) to corresponding agreements.
