We are hiring for two experience levels: 10+ years (mid level) exclusively handling pre-litigation plaintiff-side personal injury in Georgia 20+ years (senior) exclusively handling pre-litigation plaintiff-side personal injury in

Georgia Your Expertise Must Include:

Valuing cases specifically under Georgia laws and damages frameworks Negotiating settlements with an eloquent, strategic, and artful approach Understanding the nuances and expectations of adjusters, providers in Georgia Managing files through settlement independently without need for training Operating with the confidence and expertise that comes from years of direct experience in these states.

Required Qualifications:

10+ or 20+ years of plaintiff-side, pre-litigation personal injury experience in Georgia Deep familiarity with state-specific valuation of injuries and damages Proven record of successful negotiations and efficient case resolution in both jurisdictions Strong writing, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage a remote caseload (90+ at a time) independently and responsibly Tech-savvy and familiar with legal case management platforms
